Khalid Bashir 82235202fb feat: add Kimi K2.7 Code model (kimi-k2.7-code) ...

Add kimi-k2.7-code to the model registry with:
- 262K context length, 65K max completion tokens
- Thinking support (dynamic, 1024-32000 budget)
- zero_allowed=false (K2.7 Code does not support non-thinking mode)
