Bernardo Sader 001e95794b feat(priority): give High its own color so it reads apart from Medium (#9410) ...

High and Medium both used text-warning, so in dense issue and project
lists the only difference was one filled bar. Add a --priority-high
token (orange, hue 50, between --destructive and --warning) in light,
dark and the always-light landing block, and point High's icon and
badge at it on web/desktop (issue + project configs) and mobile.

Medium, Low, Urgent and the icon geometry are unchanged.
