* MUL-8425 feat(issues): add a sidebar variant of the issue context menu Names the issue in a header, shows current status, priority and assignee beside their entries, and keeps only the triage and navigation actions in the full menu's order. Adds Copy identifier and, while an agent runs on the issue, a confirmed Stop run entry.
