YYClaw d5cd0f3009 fix(mcp): improve server configuration and management (#8021)
Separate inline renaming from configuration replacement across agent settings and the workspace MCP library.

Renaming a shared server previously submitted the name and configuration together, so changing a label overwrote the stored connection details. Rename is now a name-only update that preserves the configuration and agent assignments, while replacing a write-only entry is an explicit action that states a complete new configuration is required.

Also unifies transport terminology and row presentation across both surfaces, validates on explicit save with field-level errors and focus on the first invalid input, keeps the dialog header and footer reachable while the body scrolls, and preserves existing server names that predate the current name grammar.
