zai-beta carries PR #7 (/admin console), #8 (open-connector provider) and
#9 (open-connector admin page) on top of main. Document the merged changes
in CHANGELOG-zai.md, build backend/web images to GHCR on every push to the
branch, and pass PLATFORM_ADMIN_EMAILS and OPEN_CONNECTOR_* through the
self-host compose file so the admin console and connector integration can
be exercised from the published images.
