Claude 6db1921748 docs: publish open-connector services from the admin console ...

Replace the feature flag and OPEN_CONNECTOR_API_KEY_SERVICES steps with the
/admin/connectors workflow, and have the opt-in e2e publish github as a
platform admin before the user flow.
