Unify image count validation, outbound parameters, reservation, retries, and settlement. Reject explicit zero Ali parameters.n and insufficient supplemental reservations. Centralize image model classification, extract deprecated DALL-E compatibility, and record image cache billing inputs through shared audit injection.
