Kevin Cui f8baf3ea30 docs(readme): slim deploy table and add platform comparison page (#492) ...

The README deploy table treated Cloudflare as a peer of OOMOL and
self-host, while Fly.io and RepoCloud lived further down as extra
sections. Adding more hosts that way would keep stretching the table.
This keeps OOMOL and self-host as the two first-class columns, groups
Cloudflare, Fly.io, and RepoCloud under More platforms, and moves
pricing plus deploy links into a multilingual comparison page at
_docs/deployment-options/_.
