shaun 58f5d38642 Update README console preview images (#40) ...

## Summary

This PR replaces the temporary SaaS provider logo-wall preview in the
README files with screenshots of the open-source OpenConnector local
console.

The old image made the section look like a SaaS coverage mockup rather
than the actual self-hosted product. The new screenshots use the English
and Simplified Chinese console captures provided for the repository, so
the README preview now reflects the open-source dashboard users will run
locally.

## Changes

- Add English and Simplified Chinese local console screenshots under
assets/.
- Update the English README to show the English console screenshot.
- Update the Simplified Chinese README to show the Chinese console
screenshot.
- Update Japanese, French, and Russian README copy and image alt text to
describe the local console preview, using the English console screenshot
for those localized docs.
- Remove the previous temporary saas-logo-wall.png asset.

## Verification

- Verified the committed English and Chinese screenshots match the
provided source screenshots by SHA-256.
- Ran the fix-check equivalent with bundled Node because npm is not
available in this shell: oxlint --fix, oxfmt,
generate-provider-registry, and src/scripts/examples typecheck.
