Claude ee436f3397 Publish the dingze Portal and document the release procedure 
- scripts/build-html.mjs: the Portal CLI's deploy-time patch so the HTML build
  reads only .env (the target environment written by `nb portal deploy`).
- docs/deploy.md: plugin release, Portal create/config/deploy with this
  repository as the development path, and the role grants for Portal entry.

Jiann 43bc34e9a5 feat(mail): add mail registry block and registry link/unlink scripts 
- Extract mail components from src/components/mail into registry/nocobase-mail
- Refactor mail-api.ts to use shared nocobaseClient instead of phantom getNocoBaseHeaders
- Add mail item (registry:block) to registry.config.json
- Add registry:link and registry:unlink scripts for symlink-based dev workflow
- Add mail pages and demo pages with App.tsx route integration
