Add the @ziqu/plugin-dingze server plugin: dz_ collections bound to the multi-space plugin, five system roles, and a dingze resource for provisioning enterprises, projects and members, saving artifact versions and lifecycle transitions with role, state and validation checks, audit events, dissent records, step exceptions and upstream-change propagation. Reopened tables keep downstream tables unlocked and flagged instead. Add build and deploy scripts for installing the plugin on a NocoBase instance, the Portal API module and query hooks that send the x-spaces header, and the Qingjin Shanshui theme tokens. Verified on the test environment by walking S1-01 through draft, step done, review, confirmation, lock and reopen with three role accounts.
