kdrmlhcn f687a322bb feat: Add i18n support for supplier names and model types 
- Add supplier name translations (Chinese, English, Korean)
- Add model type translations
- Update supplier.ts to include i18nKey for each supplier
- Update Vue components to use i18n translations
