Library defaults to Movies on Mac and Videos elsewhere. Skill lookup includes ~/.grok/skills and requires SKILL.md. Subtitle and cover Python use the platform venv layout. Ego is ready only when ego-browser is on PATH, including user bin dirs and Windows PATHEXT.
Status labels use official Pill and StateDot, 待发布 stays static, and overview no longer repeats subtitle actions. Sync copy is 「已发布，同步数据」; publish still goes through @ in the composer.
Generate now transcribes, reviews, and lays out a draft, then opens the preview editor. Burning is a separate action after proofreading. ASS drawing events are hidden from the cue list, and a running burn is no longer reported as subtitleJob process exited.

longer moves episodes when re-exporting or regenerating assets
- Same-date folders order by folder creation time (birthtime), not title
- List is pure recency order again: published episodes no longer sink
