Claude 53da050caf Merge branch 'claude/project-thread-nhut62' (PR #6) into zai-beta ...

Before: zai-beta carried the platform admin console and open-connector
work (#7, #8, #9) on top of main.

After: it also carries the project feed view, the deliverable focus view,
the project sidebar panels and the issue-detail performance work from
PR #6, so the zai-beta images include every integration branch feature.

How: merge with two append-only conflict resolutions
(concurrentIndexCleanups in server/cmd/migrate/main.go and the schema
exports in packages/core/api/schemas.ts); migrations 585-587 do not
collide with 590-606. CHANGELOG-zai.md gains the PR #6 section.
