Claude 22b308ddc6 feat(web): open-connector operations page in the admin console ...

/admin/connectors shows the instance health probe, the service catalog with
its publish switch, tool and user allowlists, connection counts by service,
and connections by user. Writes collect a reason through ReasonDialog and
hit the audited /api/admin/open-connector endpoints.
