* refactor(ui): remove redundant descriptions across product surfaces Implement MUL-7348 copy audit across shared views, Desktop, Mobile, and contact sales. Keep actionable constraints visible and move advanced explanations into explicit help. Update all four locales and document default-omit copy rules.
