* feat(agents): move conversation starters to the agent profile (MUL-8151) Starters are what people see in a new chat, not part of the system prompt, so they now sit in Settings > General > Profile beside avatar, name and description, autosaved, with a live new-chat preview. The Instructions tab holds only the prompt in a Write/Preview editor with a pinned save bar. In the create flow starters are an optional row under Identity. The chat's Customize link now lands on General; its focus flash no longer sticks under StrictMode.
