fix(web): 修复 OriginOS 6 设备渠道页白屏

用户环境：vivo X300 Ultra，OriginOS 6（Android 16），Chrome 和
Via 浏览器均出现渠道页白屏，控制台无错误。

保留页面模糊过渡，将入场终点由 blur(0px) 改为 blur(0.01px)，
动画结束后设置 filter: none，避免零半径 blur 在受影响设备上
触发白屏。补充页面入场和路由切换的回归测试。

验证：受影响测试 2 项通过，typecheck、相关文件 lint 和格式检查
通过；测试实例已由用户在故障设备上复测，确认页面正常。
