docs(vision): include t in Multica acronym emphasis (#8478)

Browse Source 
VISION.md and VISION.zh.md still bold `Mul` + `I` + `C` + `A`, which
spells MULICA and drops the t from Multica. The landing About page, its four
locales and the READMEs were corrected in #8477; these two documents were
missed there and are the last remaining occurrences.

Text is unchanged -- only the span of the bold run moves.
